Returns policy
If you change your mind or there is a problem with your product you have 30 days to return your order to us. Please make sure that your hanger is unused and in its original condition along with all supplied fixings. We are unable to offer refund or exchange if these terms are not met. Once your order has returned and checked you will be offered an exchange or issued with a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service to return your products to us.
Shipping info
All products are shipped using recycled packaging where ever possible. Shipping time is approx 3-6 days for UK and approx 10-20 days for international postage unless otherwise stated. For UK delivery we use Evri courier service. If you wish for another courier to be used please contact us before placing your order.
Please note for European and international shipping, any import taxes/charges recieved are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will not be given if any order is destroyed due to unpaid fees. If an order is returned to us at a cost to Hang tidy ltd this will be deducted from any refund given. Please check if any fees apply to you before you order.
